Astound& was created out of Hardships, Challenges, and Chaos. It was born out of the quest to determine the root cause and best solutions for obstruction which are physical, mental, and environmental. To find answers, we embarked on a journey to understand why things are the way they are and why people behave the way they behave. This helped us define ancient, modern, rivaling, and ambient societies of dwelling, trade, politics, interests, and traditions. We were able to identify the strings that formulate specific laws and processes that define a system. And more importantly, that mindset and ambitions of people leading and maintaining the system. With the help of our acquired insights on people and practices, we were able to define a scheme of thoughts that helped us define the system of control for all the processes within the system and how to optimize them. The end result is not just a high-performing operation but also a highly motivated and unified workforce.
